BOB - Building On Basics

BOB

Saturday afternoons, 4.30-6.00pm

Starts 14th January.

This course takes place over five sessions looking at important themes within Christian life for children aged 7–11. BOB has been written especially to help children build understanding and faith on basic Christian teaching they have already received, covering five essential themes:

  • The Bible
  • Prayer
  • The Holy Spirit
  • A changed life
  • The church

Each session is approached in an age-appropriate way, with the aim to provide a solid foundation in the Christian faith.
The course was written by experienced children’s workers who desire to provide materials of this kind for use in churches and after-school clubs.

Each session will be run by four or five adults and the children will be provided with a meal. Parents don't have to stay.
